After your reservation with us, you can check in from 4 p.m. onwards. We kindly ask the holidaymakers to leave the holiday home by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. That allows us to arrange the house before arrival of the next visitors.
Upon reservation, we request to transfer the total sum at once. On the day of arrival, we demand a €250 deposit in cash. At the end of the stay, we check the house together and if everything is left as you found it on the first day, we promptly refund the deposit in full.
The above rates are all inclusive: water, heating, electricity and cleanup. All litter must be tidied up. Glass can be taken to the bottle bank in Zarren or Houthulst. The refrigerator is also to be emptied. We request you to leave the house in the state that you would like to find your home after a holiday. A matter of respect!
